BY PURCHASING, ACCESSING, OR VIEWING ANY ONLINE TRAINING COURSE, VIDEO CONTENT, OR EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL (COLLECTIVELY, THE "COURSE") PROVIDED BY PEW PEW MEDIA, SELECT FIRE CONSULTING, PEW PEW TACTICAL, OR ANY PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES ("COMPANY"), YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT.


 I, the undersigned User, acknowledge and understand that firearms training, including the use, handling, and discharge of firearms (including but not limited to handguns, rifles, AR-style platforms, and shotguns) and related tactical gear, is an INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. I understand and agree that firearms are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. I am aware that such activities involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Serious physical injury, permanent disability, or death;
  • Hearing loss or impairment;
  • Eye injury or blindness;
  • Exposure to lead, chemicals, or loud noises;
  • Property damage.

I understand that these risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, or the failure of equipment. I voluntarily choose to participate in this Course and practice the techniques described herein with full knowledge of these risks.

I acknowledge that the Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. I understand and agree that:

  • The Course is for educational purposes only and does not replace in-person instruction, supervision, or coaching by a qualified instructor.
  • Online instruction is not a substitute for in-person training with a certified professional instructor.
  • Company cannot supervise my physical practice of the techniques shown.
  • I am solely responsible for ensuring a safe environment (e.g., a professional shooting range) when practicing any skills demonstrated in the Course.
  • I am solely responsible for the maintenance and safety of my own firearms and ammunition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Pew Pew Tactical, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, instructors, and contractors (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES or otherwise, while participating in or practicing the materials provided in the Course.

I agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my involvement in the Course or my use of the information provided therein, including any claims brought by third parties for injuries or damages caused by my actions.

By accessing the Course, I represent and warrant that:

  • I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • I am not a "prohibited person" under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other federal, state, or local law and am legally permitted to possess and handle firearms.
  • I am in good physical and mental health and have no conditions that would make my handling of a firearm unsafe to myself or others.
  • I will comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, transportation, and use of firearms and accessories.
  • I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal firearms laws and regulations that apply to me, where I live, and wherever I choose to practice or use any information from the Course.

I agree to strictly adhere to the Four Fundamental Rules of Gun Safety at all times when practicing any techniques from the Course, and to follow all applicable range rules, posted rules, and instructions from range staff:

  • Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
  • Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy.
  • Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target and you have made the decision to shoot.
  • Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Pew Pew Tactical is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.

I have read this Firearms Training Liability Waiver & Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue the Released Parties. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily by clicking "I Agree" or by continuing to access the Course materials, and intend my digital acknowledgment to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
